Job Description

For our current assignment with an Indian Digital Payments and Financial Services company, we are looking for a State Head - Sales.
6 -7 years of post MBA experience. ONLY 2014 and 2015 batches Tier I B-schools need to apply
Job location: Chandigarh, Delhi, Jaipur, Patna, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Indore, Chennai & Bangalore.
Direct report: 3-4
Indirect: 27-30 approx
Summary : This is a senior leadership role to manage the sales for the region.
Past experience required should be Retail sales, Distribution, General trade, Traditional trade, etc.
The role also requires an efficient leader who monitors the sales operations and hence ensures efficiency in execution at any point in time.
