Job Description
Core Skills
Application of revenue cycle management principles
Clear understanding of Insurance Carriers, Health Care Facilities and Billing offices
Monitor calls and provide appropriate feedback to ensure accuracy and timeline adherence as per SLAs
Ability to handle protected health information in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA).
External Facing Description
Group Leader Revenue Cycle (AR)
Perform compliance audit of coders work and train them to scale up their performance
Work on the exceptions as and when required
Work on additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Good leadership skills
Efficient and effective management of budgets, revenue and Profit-Loss account
Interpreting and acting on client communications
HIPAA compliance
Strong planning and execution skills
Periodic tracking and reporting of team performance
Team player with positive attitude
Efficient and effective management of budgets, revenue and Profit-Loss account
Track, assess and resolve client communications
Assist the manager in client expansion and revenue improvement
Experience in working with large databases and managing large data files.
