Job Description

Organize and Execute Contracting Process for Real Estate projects

Responsibilities

Strategic:

Contractor On-boarding
Tendering Process and subsequent award of works vis- a-vis Project requirements
Estimation of works

Operational:

Market study, Contractor Evaluation and Short-listing
Preparation of Tender Documents , Floating tenders
Evaluation of bids received, Negotiation, Recommendation to Management and Awarding the Contracts
Preparation of Variation Orders & Contract Amendments
Estimation of works

Financial:

Negotiation with Contractors for award of works

People:

Optimum utilisation of manpower
Monitoring performance of sub-ordinates
Delegation of jobs and responsibilities

Experience / Areas of Specialisation

8 to 12 years
Estimation & Quantity Survey
Contracts
Construction supervision (working knowledge)
