Acting as a first point of contact and controlling the access to the executive by filtering or noting down the incoming correspondence as per instructions.
Managing the executives calendar by organising and coordinating meeting appointments or events as required.
Assist with preparation for meetings and Attend them with the executive as required. Note down minutes and follow up post meetings.
Developing a filing/storage system and maintaining all the data required to be collected by you, systematically. Regularly purging the irrelevant data, decluttering the email inbox and sourcing updated information wherever necessary
Manage business travel bookings for the executive and their team
Take on administrative duties such as vendor management, supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining office supplies/petty cash,
Assist with basic HR functions such as setting up interviews, prepare important employee documents, employee records, etc.
Other supporting activities like participating in ongoing projects by researching, writing reports or managing the team as and when required
Have a good understanding of financial and legal documents
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
