Job Location : Bangalore India
Qualification Required : Preferably M.B.A with graduation in any stream
Minimum experience : 6 8 years of relevant experience
Working Hours : 3.00 PM -12.00 AM IST, should be flexible to extend beyond working hours
Certifications : PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification or any other equivalent certification would be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Experience working with global remote teams
- Basic Understanding of Network/Server /telecom Infrastructure, Project planning using MPP/Excel, Client & Internal communication, Status Reports preparation & Presentation, Knowledge of Change Mgt, MOM Capturing & Activities Follow up.
- Transition of Business objectives to Technical requirements,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams
- Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies like PMP, Prince, Agile.
- Managing program/project-related risks according to the Project Management Policy
- Transition & IT Infrastructure projects supporting BPO process is preferable.
Responsibilities
Prepare project launches & lead project teams to manage all activities in a project life-cycle (initiation, planning, executing/controlling, and closing), with in-depth understanding of multiple systems and lines of business.
- Demonstrate ownership of programs while aligning to business strategy to obtain benefits and controls, and anticipate emerging issues as part of end-to-end DELIVERY.
- Manage budgets and business cases, and work with business partners, including statements of work and vendor management.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Manage transition from Architecture to Project teams Delivery
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Coordinate project management activities and resources
- Break projects into work-packages and prepare action plans with a defined schedule
- Help prepare budgets and analyze project-related risks
- Oversee project procurement and sourcing activities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Ensure a thorough follow-up of critical projects
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to Internal & External stakeholders
- Transition the requirements from Business (BPO Operations)/Clients to Technology implementation Teams and IT Architecture for building the solution & Get Approvals from InfoSec/Compliance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Ensure projects are delivered with respect to high-quality standards
