Responsibilities:-

• Sourcing & Screening profiles from various Resources which includes Job Portals & Social networking sites.

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Shortlisting candidates on basis of technical skills, soft skills and fitment as per the requirement
• Coordinating interviews with the client HR

• Follow up on the interview process status

• Performing reference and background checks

• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

• Completing timely reports on employment activity

• Bringing job seekers and employers together

• Ability to work under pressure

• Basic understanding of Ms Office
• Networking / referencing skills
