Job Description
Grades: Senior VP
Cluster Head - Acquisition CASA - Nariman Point, Mumbai
Team size: 100 people Direct and indirect reports
Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Cluster Managers / RM- for acquire NTB & Up-Selling on key CASA led relationships
- Drive the superlative client sourcing and servicing standards & rigor in the team
- Drive superior product & process for sales and service to premier CA client, along with necessary feedback to Program Team for enhanced product development
Relationship Management & Revenue Generation
- Manages Top clients in the portfolio to ensure superior experience
- Captures and maximizes the business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process
- To explore new avenues for enhanced revenue generation/fee income
- Conceptualizing & implementing the competent strategies to expand existing relationships
Team Management
- Drive RMs/CM to achieve Goal sheet targets across CASA Value, Tfx income, BB, CMS, LI, MF, Locker, NTB Acquisition & other products penetration
- Completion of all certifications required for Compliance
- Jointly- work with HR to identify & recruit team within the cluster / region
- Training and development of team on qualitative & product knowledge
People Management
- Monitors and enables the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the section
- Developing talent within the team by providing guidance, creating opportunities & training to enable achievement of the defined goals
