Job Description
- Assisting, drafting, vetting and reviewing of various agreements (like Sales/Supply
- Agreement, Service Contract, Civil Services Contract, Operation and Maintenance
- Contract, Power Purchase Agreement, Consortium Agreements, Joint Venture
- Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Indemnity Bonds, sub-contracting
- Agreements, Letter of Intents, Term Sheets, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consultant
- Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Distribution Agreement, Franchisee Agreement,
- Business Commission Agreement, Rent Agreements, etc.), deeds and documents
- (including conveyance deeds, lease deeds, agreements to lease, leave and license
- agreements, affidavits, no objection certificates), etc. for the company at different
- contractual/legal stages.
- Drafting of Letter of Authority, Renewal & Termination Letters etc.
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with the External Stakeholders of the Group.
- Beholding and vetting of Franchise Agreements and providing appropriate solutions for
- the problems rolled out on case to case basis.
- Drafting and collation of documents for serving Demand Notice as per the applicable
- laws including detailed calculation of claim along with interest.
- Drafted notices under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
- Assisting and involved in managing all litigation and provide all requisite legal advice for
- mitigating pending court cases in consultation with the external Lawyers at different
- jurisdictions.
- Preparing a detailed litigation and claims tracker which provides necessary details of the
- existing disputes/litigation matters in various courts.
- Prepare case history/summary/synopsis and prepare the case file for matters in dispute
- or likely to go for litigation or disputes which can be helpful for external Lawyers to brief
- the matter and discuss the case to decide on the future course of action.
- Drafted a notice in relation to case of Intellectual Property Rights which was in context
- to Trademark.
- Assisting in preparing legal risk matrix and carrying out the legal risk review in tender
- conditions.
