We're hiring - Legal Associate (1 Year Contract)
Phoenix ARC Private Ltd
Location: Patna /Lucknow/ Chennai/Bangalore/ Ahmedabad /Surat /Rajkot/ Chandigarh / Mumbai/Delhi/Bhubaneswar
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in law (L.L.B/ master's in law
Salary: 5LPA to 8LPA

Experience:

• 3 plus years of legal experience, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or recovery law firms covering SARFAESI Act, Cheque bounce cases, Banking litigation, compliance and documentation.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, DRT Act, CPC, CrPC, and RBI norms.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel for court hearings or property possession drives.
• Proficiency in maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reporting.
