Vvinayak Associated commenced its business in 2014, we are a small but focused Staffing and Recruitment company based in Mumbai catering to Pharmaceuticals, Life Science & BioTech, Healthcare, BSFI & IT Sectors.

Note: Work from Office and Interview Mode Face to Face Interview

Responsibilities:

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases- , online employment forums like indeed , shine etc , social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Managing internship programs.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Work experience: 6 months minimum experience in recruitment

Education: Graduate or Masters in management- Human Resources

skills : Ability to work in fast paced environment.

The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making skills.
