Designation: Senior Business Manager

Job Role: On Roll

CTC: 2.50 to 3.50 LPA + Incentives

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Need Min.2 + years experience in any Sales, Marketing, Banking and Insurance

Locality: Local candidate with good local network

Skill: Good communication skill, Interpersonal skill, Team Leading, Pleasant personality with greater attitude

Job Role:

Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.
Train & Motivate Agents to achieve sales Targets.
Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
Make individual agents grow at least by 20% YOY
Maintain good persistency ratio with clean MIS report.
