Job Description
Executive Hiring is looking for a Company Secretary for an FMCG, based at Mumbai.
Qualified CS with 6-8 years of Post Qualification Experience in an organization which falls in the Top 50 NIFTY list.
The role -
1. Work with the Sr. Leadership Team in Finance & Secretarial for drafting and compilation of Board Agenda and Minutes.
2. Conduct of AGM including drafting of Boards Report, CGR and Shareholders Information, Business Responsibility Report, Chairman's speech, Notice of the AGM and reviewing the Annual Report as a whole.
3. Responsible for compliance under Companies Act and SEBI Regulations
4. Ensuring compliance with Secretarial Standards
5. Coordination with the Secretarial and Statutory Auditors of the Company
6. Participating in formulating representations to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) through various industry bodies like CII, FICCI on assorted topics from time to time
