Job Description

  • EBIXCASH Global Services.

    1. Qualification: Graduates only.
    2. Working Window: 24/7
    3. Working days: 6 days
    4. Week Off: 1-Based on the Roaster
    5. Work Location: Nagawara Outer Ring Road, Bangalore
    6. Shift Timings: Rotational (80% coverage will be in the Time Window 7am to 11pm)
    7. Process: Digital Banking | Inbound & Out Bound Voice & Chat (Inbound 98% and rest Outbound)
    8. Excellent verbal & written English communication skills, and preferably along with Hindi
    9. Should have Min 1-2 yrs of Exp in International Voice (In-Bound, Chat, e-mail), Banking Experience will be an advantage
    10. Should be target oriented, & meeting deadlines on time
    11. Immediate joiners only
    12. Age: 30 or Below (preferred)

    Males and females 247 shift - NO CAB.

    Exceptional cases if the candidate is excellent in English and Hindi and if he is aware of banking terms then we can even hire freshers.

    For freshers 18,000/- to 22,000/- Take Home.

    Experienced until 32,000/- Take Home.

    3 rounds of interview - HR , Client and Ops

    Interviews are strict we need serious candidates.
