Job Description
Inward Management:
- Responsible for invoice creation quantity, price, tax wise implications, item wise details.
- Responsible for checking packing box conditions and numbers.
- Responsible for open deliveries entered if allowed by vendor; number of boxes count against the number mentioned on LR.
- Responsible for checking items in the boxes as per invoice; scan them to match with invoice details of the system.
- Responsible for system generated GRN based on invoice & automated barcode.
- Responsible or pasting barcode on box and secured hang on footwear.
Returns Management:
- Check for manufacturing defective, non-moving stock& EOSS.
- Responsible for receiving the stocks from stores, verify boxes and then give it to returns team.
- Responsible for coordinating with returns team once if the vendor agrees to return items, then send to transport.
Internal coordination:
- Coordination with accounts for submitting bills& reconciliations related.
- Coordination with merchandising for PO related issues, stock related issues, on time pickup& promos related issues.
Documentation:
- Maintain & manage the manual bills issues of all the stores and helping in billing the same in wondersoft.
- Maintain & Review inward and outward report.
