Job Description

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management.

Conduct regular stock verification and audits.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety standards in the warehouse.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for timely deliveries and dispatches.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

Maintain daily accounting entries including purchases, sales, and expenses.

Generate and manage invoices, billing, and payment records.

Reconcile inventory records with financial accounts.

Assist in GST records, compliance, and documentation.

Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports for management.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
