Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1.Balances being a hands-on writer while providing thought leadership, oversight and direction to a team of art directors, copywriters, and agency resources including; studio, editing and production
2.Applies brand knowledge and business strategies to the retail experience
3.Contributes conceptually and partners with art directors and copywriters to develop ideas and visual communications that are strategically grounded and on brief
4.Partner with the account team to craft creative briefs and develop presentation decks
5.Present work internally and to clients
6.Assures projects are delivered on time and with the appropriate internal reviews to insure all stakeholders are aligned
7.Able to synthesize feedback and provide clear and actionable direction for copy
8.Conceptual and strategic writer able to assess insights, brand positioning and market challenges, and formulate creative ideas and copy
9.Versatile writer that effectively considers audience and adjusts tone, style and length accordingly
10.Generate ideas and concepts and is able to effectively capture them in writing
11.Passionate verbal communicator able to clearly express thoughts, ideas and direction
12.Able to multitask and juggle projects
13.Works well within a collaborative environment; Able to build strong relationships with team members
14.Able to passionately/creatively present to internal and external audiences clearly and concisely
15.Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Keynote
16.Positive, constructive, collaborative, builds consensus
