Opening for Paint Industry

Experience - 5 to 10 years must be from chemical /distillery / paint industry in Plant Maintenance and Utility maintenance (Working knowledge of utility operations )

Qualification : ITI in Fitter

Location: Punjab

JD in detail

• Operation and maintenance of the utility equipment,,
• Maintenance of plant machinery and equipment and ensure max upkeep of the equipment and machinery
• Completing all assigned Jobs and planned jobs in time bound manner
• Maintaining Good House Keeping & Safety in Department.
• Cleaning, owning, maintaining, lubrication, performs daily checks, and logging of the operating parameters in the log books.
• Raise alarms for any abnormalities, spares, operational issues and co- ordinate with different stakeholders to address the same.
• Performs all preventive checks, preventive maintenance activities and handling of breakdowns
• Maintaining History cards, log books ,data entry , parameter logging on shift to shift to basis
• Participate in the improvement activities and be a leader for defined 5S zone

Work on own my equipment philosophy and adhere to the guidelines
