Job Description

• Commi 1 chef should have experience in Italian, Continental cuisine.
• Should have experience of chopping and cooking multiple cuisines.
• Prior experience of working in restaurant/caf will be preferred.
• Control food stock and food cost in his/her section/kitchen
• Cook food and prepare top quality menu items in a timely manner
• Commi 1 chef are also required to ensure that all the stock are well maintained
• Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
• Should have experience in working with oven.
• Experience in making pizza , sandwich etc.
