Interact with Managers and Sr. Managers from client side on regular basis to understand the requirements, co-ordinate the interviews & to take the process till end
End to End Recruitment cycle - Sourcing, Screening, taking initial HR interviews, Final HR discussion, prepare relevant offer documents for Approval and send to process team, after the offer release follow-up with the candidate till they are on Onboard
Sourcing profiles through different channels - head hunting, Internal database, Employee referrals, networking, portals, networking sites
Interacting with the candidates and scrutinizing them based on various parameters like their communication skills, qualification and technical skills, knowledge of particular domain recruitment etc. in order to find out candidate job fit.
Scanning the profiles, sending them to the client and scheduling the short-listed candidates for interviews. Following up with the Technical Panels after each round of interview until offer is made.
Taking HR Round, on selection, negotiating the salary with the candidate and arranging for the offer letters and other formalities and following-up to ensure their joining with the organization.
Preparing feedback reports in MS-Excel for Recruitment and updating them on regular basis to present to management.
Process improving to reduce recruitment cost and turns around time to meet ever growing manpower demands.
Maintaining daily MIS tracker of Recruitment and sending it to Reporting Manager ,
Key Account Management of the assign client and responsible for the management of the Account ,
Responsible for retention of the candidate negotiating with client regarding salary,
Client Management and visiting to client meeting on weekly basis to build up the good relations.
Able to achieve the given Target on quarterly/Half yearly /Annual basis.
