Should have 4 -5 Yrs experience in training technology like Angular, React, Typescript

Someone who willing to take full time roles.

Role:

Technical Trainer

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D and Technical Training

Band & Level:

A4/A5

Frameworks:

Angular JS, Node JS, React JS

Mandatory Technical Skills:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Typescript

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify their teams learning needs and implement learning programs

Conduct training sessions on various web frameworks & technologies as per the business needs

Analyze and solve moderately complex technology learning requirements with minimal support

Keep track of i45 learning plan allocation & completion, training calendar, nominations, attendance, feedback and learning records of training programs

Stay up to date with Indegene services and products as well as current learning theories, industry standards, and technologies

Develop and review learning content and other collateral as a part of the learning solutioning process

Provide weekly status reports and updates on ongoing and pending training programs
