Essential Requirements:
Must have Good communication skills.
Must have excellent advanced Excel skills and VBA. And
experience in preparing various reports using V-lookup Table,
Charts, Wizards
Should have skills and experience in preparing PPT.
Must have VBA coding knowledge

Summary
The Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate data reports
to help support and drive the performance of the Customer Services
function. To support all levels of staff with the aim of making their
roles easier to perform from the assistance of transparent and well
displayed data. To have an impact on the business bottom line by
driving changes through data.

Role Details
Prepare Daily; Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly process
reports with grid, graphical and presentation view to analyse
current && previous performance.
- Prepare automated excel sheets linked directly from database.
- Understand the reporting need of operations team and make
customized excel spreadsheets according to required details.
- Monitor the following on daily basis
- Schedule Adherence, Attendance, Break exceed, logins, call
queues, Call volumes, etc
- Ensure that the daily reports are run and trackers are updated accordingly.
