Job Description
An exciting opportunity to work with Global Recruitment team as a Recruitment Associate supporting Indian recruitment. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about recruitment and who possess excellent stakeholder management skills, able to interact effectively with Internal & External stakeholders. The role manages end to end recruitment cycle.
As a Recruitment Associate you will be responsible for:
- Understanding Job requirements and sourcing candidates.
- Regular interaction with the business stake holders and ensure to provide necessary recruitment support.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and recruitment programs
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Research and implement various techniques of using the Internet for recruitment.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source right candidates.
- Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
- Experience in ATS (exposure of Workday would be great advantageous)
- General knowledge of various recruitment policies and practices.
As the successful candidate you will have to possess:
- Expertise in handling IT and Non-IT roles
- Expertise in handling bulk & volume hiring
- Experience Min 3+ years
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Excellent written & verbal English
- Quick and Flexible in work
- Good team player
