Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Position: Desktop Support Engineer

Client: Reputed Company

 

Desktop L2

  • Should be able to handle issue related to desktop and laptop
  • Should be able to communicate with customer and backend team
  • Can troubleshoot windows 10 issue
  • Incident / problem determination and resolution on Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
  • Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, messaging clients
  • Installation & troubleshooting of printers related issues.
  • Configure, update & troubleshooting on Antivirus software
  • Patch management for desktops ensure critical patches are updated on schedule
  • Desktop Imaging
