Incident / problem determination and resolution on Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.
Installation and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, messaging clients
Installation & troubleshooting of printers related issues.
Configure, update & troubleshooting on Antivirus software
Patch management for desktops ensure critical patches are updated on schedule
