Job Description - This is a GTM role for IoT devices with a premium consumer company
Client Details :
Our client is a global organisation with a deep footprint in India. They have been growing form strength to strength in the consumer space and with innovative strategies around sales and marketing, they have been one of the biggest names in the global market. They are looking for a GTM Lead for their IoT portfolio who would be overseeing the overall plan of action and sales and marketing strategy for the devices.
Job Description :
This role would report into the Marketing Head and be responsible for the following :
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Retail and Supply Chain to deliver high quality projects on time based on 4P
- Manage team members and control milestones to make sure that project is delivered well in time
- Develop and control project master plan and implement it, review and make sure key deliverable with high quality
- Evaluate project risks and establish risk contingency plans
- Product life-cycle management and day to day project execution
- Monitor sales and marketing index
- Design strategy & be responsible for the life-cycle success of the product
Profile :
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in Go-To-Market or sales/Marketing/Product Planning of Smart wearable devices (TWS, Neck Band, Smart Band, Smart watch) business
- Ability to develop & execute strategy
- Deep understanding of the industry, consumers and tech products
- Strong creative ability to develop new ideas on the communication plan and execute on the creative ideas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
