• Support Allocated Advisors Through Training And Joint Sales Calls.
• Identify And Meet New Customers, Provide Them Need Based Life Insurance Solutions.
• Identify, Recruit And Train Advisors.
• Adhere To Sales Processes And Expected Documentation, Use Sales Technology As Required.
• Support Advisors In Collecting Renewal Premium.
• Ensure Quality Business Through The Right Sales Practices, Minimize Business Risk.
