Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

* Level 1 technical support and product Queries. Handle calls, e-mails& chat from International customers.

* Technical support to resolve issues related to Hardware and Software , computer fundamentals, internet and Networking fundamentals.

* Assist with Internet troubleshooting issues relevent to computers, application, basic networking ,LAN,WAN,Technologies.

* Flexible to work in night shifts.

Job Type:- Full Time

Qualification:- Diploma /B.E.

Salary:- 12,000/- to 18,000/-

Candidate should be located in Nagpur.
