Monitoring of SDN network using SDN controller/telemetry tool
Monitoring of network traffic abnormalities
SOP based first line troubleshooting.
Initiate network/Device/ HW/SW upgrade, Patch update etc.
Locate the network including the failed ones
Maintain inventory data
Initiation of configuration backup as per agreed schedule
Carry out housekeeping activities i.e. Active/ Passive devices labeling and periodic inspection.
Generate performance and availability reports as per the agreed timeline.
Initiate device hardening
Extend support for network configuration audit
Tracking of Asset movement and consumption pattern
Track record of AMC Start and end days.
Call logging to OEM and Partner for Level 3 support and follow-up till closer of call.
Monitor, update and escalate as per AXIS BANK agreed SLA with OEM and Partners.
Knowledge in working with OTRS tool will be an added advantage.
Skills Required (mandatory) :-
- Knowledge of DC Networking (Routing &Switching) etc.
- Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN)
- Prior work experience with Arista SDN Controller &awareness about Micro segmentation/ segmentation
