Job Description
- Monitoring of SDN network using SDN controller/telemetry tool
- Monitoring of network traffic abnormalities
- SOP based first line troubleshooting.
- Initiate network/Device/ HW/SW upgrade, Patch update etc.
- Locate the network including the failed ones
- Maintain inventory data
- Initiation of configuration backup as per agreed schedule
- Carry out housekeeping activities i.e. Active/ Passive devices labeling and periodic inspection.
- Generate performance and availability reports as per the agreed timeline.
- Initiate device hardening
- Extend support for network configuration audit
- Tracking of Asset movement and consumption pattern
- Track record of AMC Start and end days.
- Call logging to OEM and Partner for Level 3 support and follow-up till closer of call.
- Monitor, update and escalate as per AXIS BANK agreed SLA with OEM and Partners.
- Knowledge in working with OTRS tool will be an added advantage.
Skills Required (mandatory) :-
- Knowledge of DC Networking (Routing &Switching) etc.
- Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN)
- Prior work experience with Arista SDN Controller &awareness about Micro segmentation/ segmentation
