need Only CA

Job Responsibilities

• Sound knowledge of the provisions of Direct Tax Laws, including Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxation and International Taxation, Statutory Audit
• Good Exposure in Personal Income Tax return, Corporate Tax return and TDS return.
• Good exposure in Taxation related issues such as issuance of certificate in Form-15CA/15CB etc.
• Finalization of books of accounts in accordance with Accounting Standards and preparation of financial statements inaccordance with the Companies Act.
• Experience of working in Accounting Packages or any ERP environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Team handling and ensure assignments completion within due dates.

Desired skills and Experiences:

• Chartered Accountant having 0-2 years of post-Qualification experience in Consulting Firms in Bangalore or nearby States.

• Good communication and presentation skills

Banglore location Candidate will be getting more preferance.
