Perform per-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Screen candidates resumes and job applications Develop recruiting strategies and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesOnboard new employees Provide analytical and well documentedrecruiting reports
