Job Description

This is freelancer profile , which you can do as per your convinience. Skill Set Required : -

Must have :
The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound calls.
Experience in education counselling with good communication/Convincing Skills and Understanding of sales.
Outbound Process: Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses.
Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers

Convert telephonic enquiries into Sales.
Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
Self-motivated & Confident.
