Experience 6 10 Years into IT staffing preferable C2H module

Education Graduate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Achieving the top & bottom line revenue targets of the SBU.

Responsible for the Domestic IT Staffing

Strong Quality Delivery and driving the delivery within the TAT defined.

Good into Delivery and Team Management

Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.

Build strong business relationship with internal stakeholders

Mentor and lead functional and direct report teams

Identify & drive opportunities to enhance service delivery and Customer Experience

Organize and deploy resources for best efficiency and cost effectiveness

Meeting the senior people of our clients and build a good relationship/ rapport with them.

Good presentation and communication skills.
