We have an urgent opening for an Executive Purchase Accounts for a reputed Company at Nerul (Navi Mumbai).

Company Profile:

The Company was established in 1997 to provide the best channeling services to Shipowners, Vessel Operators, Ship Managers Agents through all the Indian ports. the Company is a privileged supplier to over regular container vessels calling at Nhava Sheva. Port (JNPT, NSICT & APMT) Mumbai Port, GMSC headquartered in New Mumbai, the happening commercial hub for the shipping industry, is just 20-25 minutes at a call. Therefore, this company is able to Cater to each & every requirement of its client at short notice.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling complete Purchase Account.
• Vendor coordination for bills and other related matters.
• Maintaining Office Bills and Payment Records.
• Regular entry in tally and Excel.
• GST filing.
• TDS work.
• Income tax work.
• Coordination with CA and finalizing purchase accounts.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Tally and Excel.
• Purchase Accounts Work.
• Day to Day Accounts handling work also.
• GST TDS and Taxation knowledge.
• GST return experience.
