Job description

• To Implement Master Schedule/ Micro Schedule including Resource Planning, Pour Schedule Tracking logs for various activities
• To head meetings with Contractors and handle Contractors to avoid delay.
• To manage daily meeting at site with staff to discuss progress of work.
• To prepare QA/QC/IT Plans, Review Track QA/QC procedures at site.
• Review Track Safety Procedures.
• To strictly follow and ensure implementation of Synergy manuals.
• To do Value Engineering and comments on drawings.
• Quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.
• To ensure sufficient manpower at site with contractor s representatives.
• To Overview and review Cost of the Project on regular basis.
• Review and cross check the monthly billing certified by the Billing Engineer.
• Taking care of daily progress work comparing the quantities planned to be executed.
• Correction rectification of drawings generate RFI s for the concerned consultant for the same.
• To plan resources on day to day bills is close coordination with contractors
• Coordinate closely with the Project Heads/ Coordinators of decisions that require to taken in the interest of the Project.

• BE Civil

• IT Building experience

• Must have Diaphragm Wall Experience

• Good communication skills

• International Experience Preferred

• Excavation Shoring Works Experience

SALARY 28.5K-56.5K+OTHER ALLOWANCES
