Job Description
Job Description:- Bringing strategies and different ideas to enhance productivity of the BDEs.
- Understanding client's requirement to effectively execute the projects
- Handle a team of BDEs; their attendance, leaves, performance reviews
- Second level calls, project onboarding, resource planning, database management
- Second level interview rounds for new requirement & exit interview round of employees
- Training of existing & new BDEs
- Quality control, project report, operation with respect to team decisions
- Communication with clients and co-ordination with the Sales team, Account Manager, Database Manager
- Prospecting and Qualifying target accounts to generate new opportunities
- Regular follow up, Setup regular meetings with the BDEs
- Able to work in tandem with the business development team and withstand the pressure to meet the targets
- Excellent business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
Location: Borivali (W), Mumbai
Immediate joiners are preferred
Comfortable to work from office
