About Process
Manage productivity requirements and implement strategies to improve production
Monitor daily production reports and proactively manage files as they approach SLA commitments
Ensure client dictated SLAs are adhered to
Assist in the clarification or resolution of issues as they arise between customers and operating personnel
Handle attrition and shrinkage
Required to drive collections either within Inbound or Outbound (manual as well as dialer based portfolio) setup.

Title :Team Leader
Location :Bhayander (Work from home)
Requirement :Excellent communication skills required (B29)
Basic computer skills required
Education :Graduate with min 2 years on paper experience as Team Leader
Experience in CS inbound, insurance sales, emails and chat processes would be an added advantage
Shift timings :8:00am to 8: 00 pm (9 hours shift)
Salary Range :3.5 to 6 Lacs pa
Weekly Off :1 Rotational Off
Age :Upto 40 years

1. Team leader - insurance sales/ 4.5 lacs
2. Team leader - inbound/ 3.5 lacs
3. Team leader - chat/ 4 lacs
4. Am insurance sales/ 6 lacs
5. SR. Team leader email marketing/ 6.5 lacs
