We have Urgent Opening for the position of "Assistant Manager Accounts" at Kanjurmarg.

Organisation is into Fabrication Engineering projects in India & Abroad. Piping & Structural projects.


Job Profile:

Please answer the following questions in Yes/No

  • Tax Income tax, GST, TDS , assessment data preparation.: YES/NO
  • Accounts : Capable in Maintain accounting till finalization of accounts. Knowledge of payable and receivable, verification of payment.: YES/NO
  • Good knowledge of Cost analysis of project and budget control ( Budget vs actual for project): YES/NO
  • Project Cost analysis with budget, Project cash flow preparation, PO data analysis, cost record maintenance: YES/NO
  • Maintenance of Accounts, knowledge of cost center in Tally, Good knowledge of ERP function: YES/NO
  • Annual Budget preparation, comparison and analysis.: YES/NO
  • Cost Controller: YES/NO
  • Knowledge of ROC Compliance: YES/NO
  • compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
  • ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • prepare financial management reports
  • ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
  • develop and maintain financial data bases
  • financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
  • analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues

Authorities and Accountabilities

  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
  • monitor and support taxation issues
  • establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
  • ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
  • analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
