A Multi-Specialty Hospital in the beautiful islands of Maldives are looking for HR Director.

Job Responsibilities:

A new Multi-Specialty Hospital is coming up in the beautiful islands of Maldives.
Famous for its white sand beaches and flocks of tourists around the year Maldives is a group of Emerald islands in the Indian Ocean.

• Provides HR subject matter expertise to managers and team members in an assigned geographic region of the company, to include multiple medical practices. This position is the primary resource and single point of contact for the regional team.
• Submits payroll information to payroll department in a timely manner
• Creates new employee files and ensures all proper paperwork is obtained
• Administers human resources policies and procedures.
• Provides personnel assistance in identifying, evaluating and resolving human relations and work performance problems within the Company
• Investigates employee relation issues to include coaching, counseling and discipline employees to include conducting terminations and exit interviews
• Maintains organization compliance by identifying and enforcing legal requirements and providing training to employees

Eligibility:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Director in a tertiary or multi specialty hospital
• Overall more than 10 years in HR department in various roles.
• Should have MBA or PG in HR
