Only Veeva developer (No Admins, Tester will work)
Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of the Software Engineer include the following:
- Certified in Veeva Admin level ( Gray Belt will be preferred) with competency on working with building Veeva and salesforce Elements and life cycle
- To be responsible for Set up and manage HCP verification and DCR process for all new consents coming in.
- Provide guidance and support on account creation and laying out all possible scenarios in Salesforce and Veeva.
- Experience on Territory Management in salesforce and account management experience.
- API Configuration Experience in Veeva Platform.
- Experienced on Multi channel Consent line management.
- Experience on Veeva CLM, CRM and Email environments with Engage Environment
- Understanding Jquery and JavaScript.
- Experience in programming dynamic web applications
- Ability to write quality code that is reusable, testable, and efficient.
- Compliance to quality, confidentiality and security.
- Liaise with internal auditors to follow and ensure execution of corrective action and compliance to specification.
- Comply to training and specifications.
Desired Profile:
- Around 4+ Years experience in Veeva and Salesforce related technical expertise
- Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
- Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects.
- Excellent communication and working collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Adapt at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
- Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
- Eagerness to learn updated technologies used in Indegene and apply the same in deliver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills
