Housing Finance : Manager - Banking Operation

4 - 8 years
Mumbai

Key Objective of the Job:- Inward Management process

Major Deliverables:-

-Monitoring of daily inward activity for Mandates and Instruments.

-Case Disbursed but not update need to publish to Branch and follow-up with Central Ops team.

-Handling the branch query on day to day issue related to inward process.

-Monitoring of Successful register mandates send to storages and keep end to end tracking of the same

-Monitoring the daily SAGE / SFDC request and report send to all Team members.

-Mandate registration status need to update in the system T+6 days once mandate handover to banks

-Follow-up with Branches / Sales / Collection and Product team to get the revised mandate from customers and time to time update the same to Sr. Management team.

-Final Mandate rejected cases need to send to Sales / Collection and Product team on daily basis
