Opening for Manager Human Resources for Food Manufacturing(Agriculture -Seeds- biotech) Industry at Indore
- Education-PG-or specialization HR
- Salary range 15-18 Lpa
- Location Indore
- Experience-12-18 years of experience in HR Recruitment Training and Development, Performance Management and Compensation
- Industry Hired-Agriculture/ Biotech or any other industry
- Skills-Knowledge of all HR systems and processes, KRA Management Knowledge of all HR related laws Good Communication and soft skills, Exposure in setting up systems and processes in other organizations
Job Description
- Develop processes for various HR processes like performance management, career development, promotion policy, compensation & benefits, rewards and recognition, selection process, training needs analysis and learning and development to align with the organizations strategy
- Implement these processes and systems across all regions and locations with the help of local HR managers and the head of the department
- Create and administer employee welfare programs to increase motivation levels of all the employees across regions
- Ensure adherence to HR laws and legal requirements like the employees act; payment of gratuity act; contract labour act; minimum wages act etc
- Partner with the HODs on a regular basis to understand people related issues in their location/ region and work on an action plan along with the managers of the unit
- Design and deliver basic training programs for employees across all regions to build their capability
- Develop and implement employee grievance addressable procedure and report it to the leadership team on a regular basis.
- Planning and co ordinating with marketing, procurement, plant, purchase & logistics in a way to ensure that the end deliveries are achieved as per expectation of marketing.
- Helping in timely framing of smart plans for procurement, processing, packing, dispatch etc. from different locations and their follow up.
- Operations management at plant with optimum utilization of resources by ensuring proper supply of labour, overall discipline and real time MIS supervision.
