Job description

  • As an Ops Manager, you will work on the B2B marketing strategy, bringing your own style, expertise, and ideas to the role to deliver the B2B objectives. You will be able to see campaigns right through from planning to execution and measurement.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Should have worked in B2B sales domain.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Knowledge of cold calling.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Should be presentable Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

The resource should help manage all sales operations and analysis within a business unit. S/He should be responsible for:

Sales Strategy:

  • Work closely with B2B marketing team and sales towards planning, development, and execution of all B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Create impactful campaigns across multiple channels to successfully engage key accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities to meet aggressive sales goals.
  • Developing sales process strategy, evaluating and implementing improvements to the sales program and processes.
  • Taking Ownership of process & design to continuously remove inefficiencies and improve operations.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create both standard and customized reports.
  • Monitor and report on the business financials, ensuring actuals tracked to planned numbers and investigate deviations and identify areas of improvement.
  • Analysis of key Operational parameters to enable leadership in decision making.
  • Preparing Top Management level reports on quarterly basis which includes thorough analysis of operational performance.

Process /System Support and Data Management:

  • Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus.
  • Provides professional consultation and leadership to all faculty and staff employed by the component and service as the principal point expertise on all matters relating to the specified functional area of focus.
  • Handles and resolves regular operational challenges
  • Guide, train, delivery teams in entering accurate data
  • Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and completion
  • Get deal forecast for deal closure and track revenues.

Who we're looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in creating impactful consumer B2B/Enterprise campaigns across multiple channels and delivering complex projects on time and budget
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Marketing automation tools and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with people across the business in a highly collaborative manner adapting your style wherever required to gain buy-in to ideas
  • Committed to delivering a great outcome, willing to go the extra mile where needed and able to work under pressure when needed
  • Strong people skills and the ability to lead teams through influence
