• Well versed in MS Office.
• Experience- Over 10 Years
• Age- Above 35.
• Recruitment - On roll.

Functions

• A good team player with warm disposition and winning attitude. Enthusiastic to reach out and go an extra mile to achieve the team objectives.
• Should be flexible, have good adaptability and rich cognitive skills.
• Have excellent communication skills, adept at liaison and networking.
• Experienced in procurement,vender empanelment and management processes.
• Experienced in managing hospitality, travel desk,transport, events, horticulture services, mobile service providers and facility management in an extremely demanding environment.
• Experienced in planning, organising and executing events at office and outside office locations.
• Sensitive to the requirements of internal client i.e office employee pan India and provide close, timely and unstinted support to them.
• Adept in management of outsourced staff (pantry,housekeeping, office boys,security). Should have fair knowledge of labour compliances and statutory norms.
• Have fair understanding and experience of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) aspects in facility management.
• Good at management systems and MS office. Skilled at data collation, MIS and data analytics.
