Specific Responsibilities
Planning & Implementing all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the branch.
Set and achieve branch targets Recruitment & training of Sales personnel.
Manage the productivity of the field force.
Monitor and review their performance and take corrective actions
Tracking of competitive activities and analysis of the same
Accountable for overall profitability of the branches
Ensure compliance of the branch on audits and regulatory standards
Manage operating costs and supervise day to day branch operations Supervision and administration of the branch
