Job Description

• Troubleshooting and Diagnosis of the problem through phone,chat and email.
• Understanding of incident handling system.
• Must be able to resolves/troubleshoot hardware,software and Mobile related issues.
• Understanding of computer hardware and OS knowledge (windows,mac)
• Managing and administering microsoft 365 + google workspace
• Good knowledge of networking, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP configuration
• Must be aware of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Understanding of file management, back up and restore tools
• Troubleshooting for Antivirus / Proxy / VPN related issues
• Should have excellent communication skills in English
