TheAssociate Financial Analyst Cost Accounting Solutionswill be based in Chennai.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
- Perform cost accounting activities for the sites of Flextronics.
- Support sites during the month ends.
- Perform standard cost updations.
- Drive Cost reductions initiatives and metrics improvement
- Partner with sites to fix issues and address the root cause
- Work with sites to improve their ROIC and OP
- Ensure that all activities performed are within the scope of the SOX controls.
Here is some of what you will need (required):
- B.com/BBA/M.com/MBA(Finance) graduate with (0-2) experience in finance and accounting operations.
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Good communication and written skills
- Flexible to work in shifts.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
- Hands on experience in MS Excel, Power point, Outlook
- Prior experience in working in ERP
- Ability to perform automations
