Job Description- Sales Manager (DST) Sales & Profitability: To drive Personal Loans (PL) (un secured) business through DST/DSA channel (Branch, Open Market, Digital leads & aggregators) for Muthoot Finance.
Its a supervisory role were 15 - 20 Off Rolls will be reporting into this role.
He will have responsibility of meeting his budget targets, mapping company's offerings to market needs in a fast-paced environment
To do sales budgeting. i.e. Based on the business target Decide on Manpower required & its salary costing, Incentive structure & Targets
Business Development: To create and drive alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channels
To open up avenues for business through corporate channel.
Business Development initiatives: To understand the market dynamics and accordingly suggest Credit & product team in devising competitive pricing structure periodically
Required Candidate profile
Currently On roles from HDB/ Fullerton/ Aditya Birla /any nbfc Current on roles of Insurance companies Bank Assurance channel only for DST/DSA
