Recruit Business Associates Develop BAs through coaching, training, team management support etc Work with the BAs to drive recruitment of new agents Ensure that the BAs are meeting their team targets. Provide operational support to BAs

Required Candidate profile

Should have 4-6 years relevant experience
Age Up to 41 years
CTC Up to 800000 LPA
Current CTC should be above 350000 Lac per Annum
