Position: HR Executive (Recruitment)
No. of Positions: Two (Female Only)
Job Location: Kalkaji, South Delhi
Experience Desired: 0-2 years
Salary (Fixed): Rs. 12K -15K pm (Increment of Rs. 3K pm after 3 months, based on performance)
Office Timings: 9.30 am to 6.00 pm (6 days a week) Lunch hour 1 pm -2 pm (Sunday Off)
Company: 18 years old reputed HR Consultancy Firm serving Mid-Size and Corporate Clients
Job Profile:
=> Search Job Portals / Social Networking sites for Relevant candidates
=> Brief Job Profile and Client Company Details to potential candidates
=> If shortlisted by Company, see that candidate reaches on time at the site.
=> Follow up with Client Company HR for Interview Schedule and Feed Back after Interview
=> Daily Reporting in evening
Candidate's Profile:
=> Qualification and Experience in HR desired but not mandatory
=> Good Presentation and Communication Skills MUST
=> Soft Spoken and Leadership qualities
=> Pref. to candidates residing in South Delhi (Govindpuri, Kalkaji, C.R. Park)
