We have an urgent opening for a Regional Franchise Manager- Central & North (Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Chattisgarh) at Birla Open Minds

Base Location:- Bhopal or Lucknow

JD -Regional Franchise Manager

• To sign up preschools and K 12 schools for the assigned region.
• To check due diligence of prospective franchise partners.
• To Visit schools and keep quality check.
• To coordinate for marketing activities of the school.
• To supervise marketing events and promotions of the school.
• To coordinate with the corporate office for any operational issues related to the school.
• To execute a ramp up plan for new schools.
• Ensure that services are planned, delivered and evaluated in response to the needs of the school.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
• Should have minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing pertaining to the education industry.
• Job involves travelling to the schools for the assigned region.
