Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We have urgent hiring for the role as Customer Manager ( Field Sales ) with a leading Housing Finance firm across PAN India locations (Maharashtra ; Gujarat ; Madhya Pradesh ; Rajasthan )

Below are the details mentioned on the job role and responsibilities :

Position - Customer Manager

Salary - 2.5 Lpa - 3.5 Lpa + Incentives + Travel Allowances

Responsibilities :

Develop and generate business Leads follow up & systematic closure
Responsible to sell home loans to the customers.
Develop clear understanding of lending parameters and apply on field
Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping
Follow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted
Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement
Ensure the quality of cases for first six months
Ensure collection of PDD documents

Note - Candidates must have experience into home loans and from NBFC only.
